Ms Ticehurst's ex-boyfriend, Daniel Billings, was arrested by police back in 2024 and later charged with a range of offences, most notably her domestic violence murder.
The 30-year-old remains in custody.
Ms Ticehurst, a 28-year-old childcare educator from Forbes in NSW, was found dead in her home in the early hours of April 22, 2024.
Billings had been freed on bail a fortnight before the alleged murder on charges related to Ms Ticehurst.
