ROCKFORD, Ill. — Local women in business were honored at an annual conference highlighting their achievements.

The Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) announced the 2025 Women-in-Business Award recipients for its annual Pow(H)er Conference. The event is said to recognize women in business who show professional excellence, leadership, and service around the Rockford Region.

Caitlin Pusateri, COO of the GRCC, said that this year's honorees are creating meaningful change in their organizations and in the area.

"This year’s honorees demonstrate the incredible range of talent, vision, and resilience that drives our business community forward," said Pusateri.
