The man charged with the handgun murder of American Idol ‘ s veteran music supervisor and her spouse will not face justice for the crimes, for now.
Raymond Boodarian is “not presently competent to stand trial,” LA Superior Court Judge Maria Cavalluzzi said today at a hearing in Hollywood. Inking an order to move the 22-year old to a state facility for treatment of Boodarian’s “psychiatric condition with psychotropic medication,” the judge told lawyers and Hollywood Courthouse attendees.
