DANVILLE, Pa. — At the Pine Barn Inn near Danville , General Manager Lauren Hosterman Terry is reviewing a new menu created by the executive chef to help someone in need.
This menu is a part of a new pay-it-forward meal voucher program that the restaurant just started. Hosterman Terry says the idea for this just came on a whim.
"One day, I got in my office and I rallied the troops and asked, 'Do you think this is a crazy idea? Can we execute it?" I'm very grateful because everybody just jumped right on board. My executive immediately got me a menu and options that could make it happen," said Pine Barn Inn General Manager Lauren Hosterman Terry.
