WEST VALLEY CITY — Two people were injured Thursday morning after a two-car crash on Interstate 215 in West Valley City.
According to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Mike Alexander, the crash occurred in the southbound lanes of I-215 near 2600 South, approaching the 201 exit.
Alexander said one man was seriously injured and a woman had moderate injuries.
The crash blocked all lanes of traffic on I-215, backing stop-and-go traffic up to approximately 3500 South on I-215.
