The city of Tijuana is once again offering fast-lane passes to San Diego shoppers who are in town for El Buen Fin, a Black Friday-inspired shopping event that kicked off Thursday, so they can cross back into the U.S. more quickly after their visit.

El Buen Fin , which translates to The Good Weekend, runs through Monday amid a holiday weekend in Mexico. More than 200,000 businesses in Mexico are expected to participate, including hundreds in Tijuana.

Bright red signs in Spanish promoted the event Thursday in several stores at Tijuana’s Plaza Río shopping mall. “The best prices of the year are here,” they promised.
