BURLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —A Burley hospital has completed an 18-month construction project to expand its services and patient care capacity.
Intermountain Health Cassia Regional Hospital held a ribbon cutting today to unveil its new facility. The expansion consolidates all services under one building with about 50-60 patient rooms.
The hospital will offer services ranging from family practices to sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, an IV center and in-house sleep accommodations. The expansion also added a new ambulance bay.
Michael Blauer, the hospital’s president, said the remodel comes at a needed time.
