A 90-acre residential and commercial development planned near the University of North Texas at Dallas is moving forward with a $23.5 million grant.
Dallas City Council on Nov. 12 approved the economic development grant for the first phase of Rivulet, which is headed to the northwest corner of University Hills Boulevard and Camp Wisdom Road in southern Oak Cliff. The roughly $47 million project by Dallas-based Russel Glen Co. is set to include 300 single-family homes, 240 apartments and a 20-acre retail district, possibly featuring a grocery store and public library.
