Ten exit polls have predicted that the BJP-led NDA is on course to retain power in Bihar , with most agencies projecting a stronger mandate for the ruling coalition compared to its 2020 tally of 125 seats. The poll of polls suggests the NDA could win more than 147 seats, comfortably crossing the majority mark of 122 in the 243-member Assembly.
According to the projections, the Mahagathbandhan is unlikely to cross the three-digit mark and may finish with around 90 seats, placing it a distant second in the race. Pollsters have also indicated that Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraaj is likely to be a non-starter, failing to make any significant impact.
While the majority of the pollsters predicted a comfortable win for NDA, Axis My India offered a more competitive picture in Bihar . The survey
