In total, 10 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $4 million. The average price per square foot was $2,133.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 6 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,753-square-foot detached house in the 3700 block of Carlson Circle in Palo Alto, has been sold. The total purchase price was $2,935,000, $1,674 per square foot. The house was built in 1952. The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
