MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Organizations in the Minot area are feeling the gratitude of giving, thanks to the Inspiritus Community Health Foundation and its Twice Blessed campaign.

The Inspiritus Community Health Foundation awarded nearly $200,000 in grants to various organizations across 11 counties, including the First District Health Unit .

“Our money is so siloed, where Inspiritus, here is our need, and then they give us money to meet that need,” said FDHU Executive Director Holly Brekhus.

The public health service received more than $18,000 from three different grants.

Brekhus said the money will go to medical equipment and supplies, car seats and more.
