1Baltimore man caught breaking into Ellicott City business overnight
Ellicott City, MD – A Baltimore man was arrested after allegedly breaking into a towing company in Ellicott City overnight and being spotted by an employee before attempting to flee the scene.
According to the Howard County Police Department, the incident occurred between November 12 and 13 at Bill’s Towing, located in the 10000 block of Frederick Road. Police say a male suspect entered the building through a window during the overnight hours but was confronted by an employee before he could take anything.
Officers responded to the scene quickly and located the suspect nearby. He was taken into custody without incident.
The suspect, identified as 24-year-old Franklin Keith of Baltimore, has been charged with burglary
