A Walgreens in Roxbury is under scrutiny after Boston health officials on Monday found chewed chips bags, mouse droppings and evidence that cockroaches were in the store.
It’s the fourth time this year that the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) has identified sanitary code violations at the Walgreens on 1890 Columbus Avenue in Roxbury. Mouse droppings were also found in March, April and October.
