Gujarat ATS’ arrest of three suspected ISKP-linked terrorists near Gandhinagar has uncovered a chilling plot involving a deadly chemical—believed to be ricin—intended for mass-casualty attacks across major Indian cities.

One of the accused, Hyderabad-based Dr Ahmed Mohiyuddin Saiyed, was allegedly attempting to manufacture a poison “far more lethal than cyanide.”
