On Thursday night, the 35-year-old right tackle was named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Lineman at the CFL Awards gala during Grey Cup week in Winnipeg. Joining him to accept the award on stage were his three kids, which made the moment even more special. Article content Article content
“It’s something I’ve dreamed about for a while,” Hardrick said of having his kids up on stage with him. “When I was a kid, that’s what I dreamed about; having a family and I dreamed about being at the award shows.
“You dream about doing big things. And that was one of the things I wanted when I was a kid, to have a family and them to see me do great things.”
