PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The question of “whose fault is it” looms large in a northwest Phoenix neighborhood after a truck clipped overhead lines Tuesday, pulling down poles and causing major damage to several homes. Now, lawsuits are brewing.
The incident happened at the corner of Butler Drive and 37th Ave. , where a truck carrying cargo snagged utility lines, yanking them down and leaving behind what homeowners describe as immense destruction.
It’s a story filled with finger-pointing and a long list of involved parties, but homeowners are the ones left suffering the consequences.
