Alaska State Troopers arrested a Tok man following an incident on Tuesday.

Troopers say 44-year-old Logan Churchwell faces multiple charges, including sexual assault in the second degree, two counts of fourth-degree assault, assault in the presence of a child, and third-degree criminal mischief.

Churchwell was taken to the Fairbanks Correctional Center and is being held without bail under the statewide bail schedule.

The investigation remains ongoing.
