Toyota has recalled more than 120,000 vehicles, including 2022–24 Toyota Tundra, Lexus LX and 2024 Lexus GX models with V35 engines, due to potential engine failure caused by manufacturing debris. The automaker is still developing a fix but says owners will receive free repairs once it’s ready.
