Uttar Pradesh has once again come under the spotlight following the recent Delhi terror incident. Prior to developments in Jammu and Kashmir, the Gujarat ATS had arrested two terrorists linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) from UP. The alarming development marks the re-emergence of the terrorist organisation in the state after eight years.
