Imphal, November 13 2025: The Department of Medicine, Regional Institute of Medical Science (RIMS), Imphal will observe World Diabetes Day 2025 on November 14, 2025 at the New General OPD Block, RIMS, from 9 am to 1 pm .

As per a release issued by RIMS, the World Diabetes Day 2025 will be observed on the theme, "Diabetes and the Workplace" .

As part of the observation, various services will be provided to the public such as consultation and free screening of patients for diabetes; free tests for KFT, LFT, Lipid profile and HBalC; distribution of IEC materials; and distribution of diet charts.

An interaction with patients will also be held from 12:30 pm to 1 pm .
