Transportation Director Alviti faces tough questioning at oversight hearing on bridge

Testifying under oath for the first time about the Washington Bridge debacle, Rhode Island Transportation Director Peter Alviti was defensive placing all of the blame for the bridge's failure on contractors and not the state.
