Funding cuts threaten Ohio’s public-school system stability: Letter to the Editor

This state is failing our public-school systems by not providing enough funds to keep our public education system healthy.

In what direction are we going by pouring over $1 billion into private and parochial schools with no accountability?Are we on the verge of letting our public education system collapse?

I believe it was Confucius who said, in effect : “If you plan on one year, plant rice. If you plan on 10 years, plant trees. If you plan on 100 years, educate your children!!!”
