Budgam, Nov 14: In the second round of counting for Budgam-27 Assembly constituency, Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference is leading with 2,230 while maintaining a margin of over 481 votes over the nearest rival Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi, while previously in the first round Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi was leading with 1,152 votes. Counting is currently underway at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Budgam under tight security.
