The former Code Enforcement Officer in Princeton made a court appearance this week.
WPKY reported 29-year-old Alan Getz is facing allegations of an inappropriate proposition involving a city business license. Getz is charged with misconduct and tampering with physical records.
Court records indicate Princeton Police Detective James Fox began an investigation in September after allegations surfaced Getz had made a proposition to a woman to act in a manner in which would be perceived as an intimate relationship.
In return, Getz would waive a city business license. The woman agreed to the transaction.
Detective Fox also reported during the investigation it was learned a woman responded to a city Facebook post to criticize a city service.
