Srinagar, Nov 14: Early counting trends from the Election Commission indicate initial leads for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Nagrota and the National Conference (NC) in Budgam as counting begins for the Assembly by-elections in Jammu & Kashmir.
In Nagrota, BJP candidate Devyani Rana has taken an early lead over Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party (India) candidate Harsh Dev Singh, securing a margin of 1,111 votes after round 1 of 11, details available with news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC.
