Tim Tszyu has rediscovered his love of boxing as the former world champion looks to resurrect his career from a new base in Miami, flagging a possible fight before the end of the year.
The Australian’s flourishing stocks took a heavy blow with a second loss to American Sebastian Fundora in the pair’s much-hyped world-title rematch in Las Vegas in July.
That was Tszyu’s third loss from his past four bouts, after the former WBO super-welterweight world champion went unbeaten in his first 24 professional fights.
With his career at the crossroads, Tszyu made the shock call to split with longtime trainer Igor Goloubev and manager Glen Jennings. Both remain in brother Nikita’s camp .
