The Janata Dal (United) supporters celebrated outside the party office in Patna as the early trends showcased a landslide victory for the National Democratic Alliance in the Bihar assembly elections.
The JD(U) workers exchanged sweets among each other and cherished the moment. Party leader Chotu Singh congratulated CM Nitish Kumar, stating that they are celebrating Holi and Diwali at the party
office.
"We congratulate Nitish Kumar. The people of Bihar have made Nitish Kumar victorious. We will celebrate Holi, Diwali here," he said.
While the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) crossed the halfway mark of 122 in leads as per the Election Commission of India, prominent hoardings with slogans "Bihar Ka Matlab Nitish Kumar" surfaced near the Chief Minister's residence in Patna.
