Cult beauty brand Bondi Sands has become the latest of a string of companies to pull sunscreen products from Australian shelves over concerns about their effectiveness.
In agreement with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the company today recalled five specific batches of two of its mineral sunscreen products due to inadequate SPF protection concerns.
The impacted products are:
Bondi Sands Zinc Mineral Broad Spectrum UVA & UVB Protection Sunscreen SPF 50+ Face Lotion 60ml, batch numbers GC032084 and 4843
Bondi Sands Zinc Mineral Broad Spectrum UVA & UVB Protection Sunscreen SPF 50+ Body Lotion 120ml batch numbers GC032114, GC063314 and 4844
