Office romance is on the rise worldwide, and a new global survey shows India ranks second in workplace relationships, just behind Mexico at the top.

According to a report by Ashley Madison and YouGov, approximately 40% of Indian employees have dated or are currently dating a coworker. These findings indicate that office romance is no longer just a rumour but a reality.

The survey also found that men are more open about office relationships and more willing to accept them. Younger employees, however, tend to be more cautious, especially if they worry it might affect their careers.
