HUBBARD — A woman arrested in a human trafficking raid at a spa in Ohio now faces more charges, including one for having tools used in crimes.

Furong Li, who ran the 3C Foot Spa in Hubbard, was first arrested in February after police raided the business.

Li is set to appear in court for the new charges Thursday. She will go before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Ronald Rice.

The new charges include promoting prostitution with a specification for forfeiture, soliciting and possessing criminal tools. It also adds a rule that she might have to give up some property linked to the prostitution charge.
