Budgam, Nov 14: Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party continues to lead in Budgam-27 Assembly constituency with 16663 votes where NC’s Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi stands at 13049 votes. Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi holds a narrow margin of 3614 votes over National Conference. While counting continues at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Budgam amid tight security arrangements. While previously in the 10th round Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi was leading with 15194 votes.
