Sri Lanka take on Pakistan in the second ODI between the sides at Rawalpindi on Friday amid the chaos of the Islamabad suicide bombing that shook the nation.

Pakistan confirmed that it had galvanized the army and paramilitary troops for the safety and security of the touring Lankan Lions, with Internal Minister Mohsin Naqvi stating that Asim Munir, the army chief, had discussed the security with Sri Lanka’s defence minister Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon.
