Budgam, Nov 14: Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party continues to lead in Budgam-27 Assembly constituency with 18873 votes where NC’s Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi stands at 13950 votes. Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi holds a narrow margin of 4923 votes over National Conference. While counting continues at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Budgam amid tight security arrangements.
