Patna: The Raghopur Assembly constituency in Bihar is witnessing a close fight between Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and the Mahagathbandhan chief minister-face Tejashwi Yadav and Satish Kumar Yadav of the BJP.
Satish had inched ahead by nearly 3,000 votes during the tenth round of counting, after a brief bounce back by Tejashwi who led by a margin of 585 votes at one point of time. ADVERTISEMENT
This see-saw battle at what is considered an RJD stronghold is being closely watched at a time when the National Democratic alliance (NDA) is set to decimate the Mahagathbandhan or INDI Alliance in Bihar. If Tejashwi loses, it will be considered the last nail in the coffin for the RJD that has been humbled in these elections.
