I'm amazed every Thanksgiving how, even after eating an absurd amount of turkey and sides, and even after a couple glasses wine and cans of beer, I'm always up for dessert. That's probably because Thanksgiving dessert, much like the meal, is one of our best holiday culinary traditions.
