Srinagar: The Economic Offences Wing (Crime Branch Kashmir) on Friday has filed a chargesheet in case FIR No. 30/2023 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC.before the Hon’ble Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kangan, against two accused persons namely Abdul Hamid Dar, son of Abdul Ahad Dar, resident of Ariguripora Shadi Gund, Tehsil Kangan, and Abdul Qayoom Sheikh, son of Mohammad Sultan Sheikh, resident of Chak Akhal Guri Mohallah, Kangan.
