SOUTHINGTON, Ohio - Authorities have identified the woman who died following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday evening in Southington Township.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the victim as Hollie Markun, 50, of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

The collision occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Route 422 and State Route 305, according to a news release from the patrol's Warren Post.

Markun was driving a 2023 Honda Accord northwest on Route 422 and attempted to turn left onto westbound Route 305 when her vehicle was struck by a 2023 Jeep Cherokee traveling southeast on Route 422.
