This week's biggest concert from the lengthy list of November events in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties takes place in the last county, as Charlotte County Fairgrounds once again hosts a two-day music festival, this year featuring a trio of 2000s hard-rock hitmakers on day one and a rising country music star on day two.

Another national name in country music will play a headlining show in Sarasota, as will a Grammy-winning folk/bluegrass musician and former Bradenton resident, and one of the many winter holiday season concert tours coming through Van Wezel over the next two months. And in Bradenton, we have two acclaimed blues musicians as well as a lineup of emo bands from across the U.S. Here are this week's highlights. Event details are subject to change.
