WARREN One of two suspects accused of murdering a Warren father of five faces new, separate criminal charges in Trumbull County. John Armstrong, 50, who is being held on $1 million bond in the Cuyahoga County Jail awaiting trial for the shooting death of 46-year-old Juvar King, has now been indicted by the Trumbull County Grand Jury.

According to court records, Armstrong was indicted Thursday on felony charges of burglary and gross sexual imposition in connection with a July 2 incident in Trumbull County. Armstrong's indictment in Trumbull County was filed through a process known as "direct presentment," meaning the charges went straight to the grand jury without first being filed in a lower court. 21 News is working to find out more about the alleged crimes.
