Budgam, Nov 14: Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party’s leader Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi emerged victorious with a strong 21576 votes in Budgam-27 Bye-Poll after the recently concluded vote count at the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Budgam. His nearest rival, Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi of the J&K Panthers Party (India) maintained a margin of 24,522 votes. Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi’s supporters gathered in large numbers at the center to celebrate the PDP’s victory.
