Sarah Cox was left overcome with emotion as she kick-started the last day of her mammoth Children In Need challenge with a message from royalty.
The BBC Radio 2 star will end her Great Northern Marathon Challenge on Friday (November 14), having covered the equivalent of five marathons, over 135 miles, in five days.
Carrying a Pudsey Bear backpack, Sara will complete her journey in Pudsey, Leeds, where the charity's bear is named after, having started in Kielder Forest and travelled through Northumberland, Durham, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
The challenge, which has so far raised more than £4 million, has now been supported by Prince William, who recorded a video message, which was played by Scott Mills on his Radio 2 breakfast show.
