Impacted by the cyber incident of its UK subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle reported a loss of ₹6,368 crore for the quarter that ended in September 2025.
The company stated that during the period, it saw a notional profit on disposal of discontinued operations of ₹82,600 crore, taking the net profit to ₹76,248 crore.
The company had reported a profit of ₹3,056 crore during the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations were down 18 per cent to ₹72,349 crore during the quarter. JLR Revenue was down by 24.3 per cent to £4.9 billion. The company stated that JLR metrices were significantly impacted by cyber incident which resulted in EBIT margins of -8.6 per cent (down 1370 bps).
