LANSING — Legislation needed to finalize Antrim County’s breakup with the 86th District Court is gaining momentum in the state Legislature.
The House of Representatives Judiciary Committee voted Wednesday to report a bill sponsored by Rep. John Roth, R-Interlochen, to split Antrim from a district court that currently includes Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties as well.
