Srinagar, Nov 14: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) won the Budgam seat.

PDP candidate Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi defeated his closest rival, Aga Syed Mehmood of the National Conference (NC), securing a lead of over 4200 votes.
