Frederick limiting usage of Carroll Creek park for events

Frederick is limiting the usage of Carroll Creek Linear Park after business owners raised concerns that events on the creek were harming their livelihoods.

The policy , which city officials are beginning to implement already, prevents events from being held at the creek three weekends a year. It also prevents anyone without a prior agreement with the city from hosting events there during November and December.
