AURELIUS TWP, Mich. (WILX) - One person has died following a structure fire in Aurelius Township early Friday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 4:30 a.m.

According to the Mason Fire Department Captain, one man was found deceased. His cause of death has not yet been determined.

Aurelius Rd is currently closed in both directions near Columbia Rd in Aurelius Township due to the fire.
