OXFORD, Miss.- Ole Miss fans will feel the seats at the C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum for one last time Friday.
The building is set to be demolished in 2026, with a parking lot taking its place.
Basketball games for men and women at Ole Miss are being played inside the Pavilion, which opened in 2016.
However, one game per year has been held in the “Tad Pad,” which over the years hosted 700 games since it opened in 1966.
The game will honor the history of the venue ahead of the closing.
Ole Miss men will play Cal State Bakersfield. Tip-off is at 6:30 p.m.
