An employee of a Delhi-based company shared a post on Reddit, saying he was denied work from home despite suffering from health issues as a result of high pollution levels in the national capital.

Sharing screenshots of his chat with his senior, saying, “I’m in Delhi and like many others here, I’ve been struggling with a severe headache for the past two days, likely due to the AQI crisis. Despite this, I’ve been reporting to office regularly. In fact, I stayed back till 8:45 PM yesterday, well beyond my work hours, purely due to project commitments, all while managing my health."
