Hyderabad: The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India ( PETA India ), in coordination with the Stray Animal Foundation of India (SAFI), facilitated the registration of a first information report (FIR) after learning that a group of men had sacrificed a goat at Chinna Lingapur, Thangallapally Mandal, on October 2.
