The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is heading for a landslide victory in Bihar. The results of the Bihar assembly polls were announced on Friday with the NDA on course to breach the 200-mark out of the total 243 assembly seats.

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar-led government, which has been in power for the last 20 years in the state, was instrumental in NDA’s mammoth victory.
